Overview

The Mark a Bug feature on the Pcloudy platform allows testers to instantly highlight and capture issues directly within the app under test. Bugs can be annotated with clear visual context and assigned to the right teams or individuals, enabling faster triage, better collaboration, and quicker resolution cycles.

Prerequisites

• User must be registered Pcloudy account
• User should have a register JIRA account

Steps

1. Login to the Pcloudy platform.

2. Click on Real Devices under the Functional Experience tab in the Left Panel of the Pcloudy platform.

3. Select the device and click on Start Testing

4. Click on Screenshot under the Quick Actions Panel.

5. The user can then click on Mark a bug and then select Jira.

6. The user can fill in the information about the bug description, attach the appropriate screenshots and assign it to the respective projects or colleagues listed in your workspace.
