Capture and Share Screenshots on Pcloudy Real Devices

Overview

Pcloudy lets testers capture screenshots instantly during live testing on real devices, making it easy to validate UI behavior and record visual issues. Screenshots are automatically saved as session artifacts, where they can be viewed, annotated, and shared with teams. By linking visual evidence to the exact device and session, Pcloudy improves defect clarity, collaboration, and resolution speed.

Prerequisites

  • User must be registered Pcloudy account

Steps

  1. Login to the Pcloudy platform

  2. Select Real Devices on the Pcloudy Dashboard

  3. Select a Device of your choice and click Start Testing.

  4. Click on Screenshot on the Right Panel under Quick Actions

  5. This will instantly take a screenshot of the current screen on the device.

  6. The User can view the captured screenshots in the Screenshot section on the Right.

  7. The user can View, Edit, or Delete the screenshot from the screenshot section.

  8. You can even highlight and share the screenshot across teams using various integrations that are available on the Pcloudy platform.
