Technical Support Engineer

- Experience level: 0-1 year
- Shift Timings: Night shift (typically from 10:30 PM to 7:30 AM)
- Non working days: Friday and Sunday (Shift Plan may change and the candidate should be flexible for the shift timings)
- Qualification - BCA / BSc Computer Science/ BE Computer / B.Tech Computer (Master Degree candidate also fine )
- Communication - Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
- Candidate should be able to technically understand the product.
- Manage the support tickets by taking ownership of the support portal.
- Should be a good team player and should be able to work collaboratively with other support staff.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in support for Test solutions/platforms in mobility will be an added advantage.
- Any prior experience in support for foreign clients will be an added advantage.
