Using the Quick Actions Menu to Test your Website on Desktop

Overview

The Quick Actions menu on Desktop Browsers puts essential web testing controls within instant reach. Testers can capture screenshots, resize, or zoom the browser to validate responsive behavior, and flag issues using Mark a Bug feature during live sessions. The user can even Perform Local Testing and Change screen resolutions to check for app responsiveness.

Prerequisites

  • User must be registered Pcloudy account

Steps

  1. Login to the Pcloudy platform

  2. On the Dashboard page, Click on the Desktop Browsers Card.

  3. Now, the user will be able to access a wide range of Desktop browsers arranged in order of the respective Operating Systems, Browsers, and Browser versions.

  4. The user can choose the OS, select the Browser and the version, and Click on Start Testing.

  5. Once the Browser is connected. The user can Take Screenshots, Switch Browsers, Change Resolution, etc. using the options given in the Quick Actions menu on the Left.
