Enabling Audio Out -- Performing Audio Testing on Pcloudy Devices
Overview
The Audio Out feature on Pcloudy enables users to hear real time audio directly from the connected device through their computer speakers or headphones. By enabling the Audio Out features during a live testing session, testers can validate in app sounds, media playback, alerts, notifications, and voice related behaviors exactly as they occur on the device.
This makes it easier to verify audio quality, timing, and correctness without needing physical access to the device, ensuring a complete and immersive audio testing experience on real devices.
Prerequisites
- User must be registered Pcloudy account
Steps

Login to the Pcloudy platform

Select Real Devices on the Pcloudy Dashboard

Click on Mobile Browser on the Real Devices page

Enter the URL you would like to test and select the device in the All Devices section.

Ensure that you choose that Device that is Audio Enable.

The User can enable the radio button for Audio Enabled in the All Devices section to find devices that have the Audio Testing feature.

Select any device that is compatible for Audio testing and simply click on Start Testing

This will automatically open the URL on the device's browser.

Simply Allow the necessary permissions required to perform your testing tasks.

Once the device is connected, Select the Settings drop menu and click on the radio button corresponding to Enable Audio Out.

This will enable the Audio Out feature to test and hear the audio from the device.
