Capturing Device Logs During a Testing Session on Pcloudy Devices
Overview
Capturing logs on Pcloudy devices helps teams quickly understand what happened during a test session and identify the root cause of failures or unexpected behavior. Pcloudy automatically collects detailed device and test execution logs while your app or website is under test, including system logs, application-level logs, and session specific events.
These logs can be accessed after the test runs to view, analyze, and debug issues such as crashes, performance bottlenecks, network errors, or automation failures. By reviewing logs alongside other session artifacts like recordings and screenshots, teams can correlate actions with system responses, collaborate effectively on issue of triage, and resolve defects faster with clear technical evidence.
