Lisha Rakesh

Our guest speaker, Lisha Rakesh, brings with her over 17 years of experience in IT consulting, solutioning, and service delivery of complex engagements. She has worked with clients across multiple geographies, helping them identify their strengths, areas of improvement, and designing transformation roadmaps to achieve their organizational goals. Lisha is also a certified Kanban, SAFe, and Six Sigma professional, and has worked as an enterprise agile coach to implement agile projects and facilitate transitions from waterfall to agile.

Currently, Lisha is a Senior Director in Capgemini, where she is responsible for managing and growing strategic accounts within the Financial Services BU. She is also leading the Automation and SDET capability unit, focusing on building the automation competency and future-ready test engineers and SDETs within the organization.
