Location : Bangalore

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art Design, Marketing, related discipline or equivalent work experience
  • Extensive experience with Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) or similar
    technologies and Windows / Mac literate
  • 1+ years graphic design experience, preferably with a marketing or creative agency(we require work
    samples to apply for this position)
  • Experience designing various marketing materials across multiple delivery channels (digital – must
    be mobile-, tablet- and desktop-friendly), video, large format, experiential, social media, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5 and JavaScript

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Design, develop and maintain branded templates including website, Powerpoint, solution fact sheets,
    brochures, case studies, whitepapers, infographics, HTML emails, email signatures, advertisements
    and event/trade show signage among others
  • Conceptualize, design, develop and deliver high-quality, compelling creative assets for digital
    channels that are consistently aligned to our brand and tailored to project objectives
  • Collaborate with marketing and product marketing teammates to support our website design and
    content marketing (infographics, blogs, social media assets, videos, etc.)
  • Use marketing/sales metrics to guide the design of future creative assets to better meet and/or
    exceed marketing and sales objectives
  • Manage graphic design workload, negotiate deadlines with internal stakeholders and determine
    when external freelance design resources are required to meet business demands
  • Manage external design and delivery resources as needed
  • Design and Develop videos, posters and other templates for internal communication

Desirable Skills:

  • Strong understanding of typography, photography, color, shape, balance and working within a grid
    system to effectively design systems and layouts that maximize legibility and the communication of a
  • Strong understanding of brand guidelines and previous experience working creatively within them
  • Familiarity with commercial printing requirements and specs, preproduction, and print industry
  • Knowledge of digital design best practices
  • Excellent oral and written communication as well as presentation skills
  • Strong time management and multitasking capabilities with the ability to manage a project from start
    to finish so the expectations of all stakeholders as well as delivery deadlines are met effectively
  • Keeps up-to-date on design trends, target audience objectives and challenges, our solutions and is
    willing to quickly adapt to new technologies
