Desired Capabilities: Capability Configurator

Overview:

Pcloudy has redesigned the capability section. Our redesigned Capability section enables the user to generate Appium desired capabilities directly as per filter selection (e.g. OS, Automation type, etc.) The generated capability can be copied and pasted directly into their Appium script. We tried to make it more simple and user-friendly.

Steps:

Login to Pcloudy Account
On the "Landing page" navigate to "Capabilities Section".
On the Capabilities Configurator Page, you can select OS and the Automation Type.
Next, you can you can enable different debugging Options like Logs, Video, local testing or Wildnet, and capturing Performance Data.
Provide the App details, (Makesure the app is uploaded to respective pcloudy accounts) and provide the app package and app activity
Next, you can select the Device Details such as region, Device Full name, Manufacturer or Device Version and Duration
In the Test Configuration details, select the desired Protocol and Appium Version
Provide project details like Name, Build Name, Session name, and Tag name
The capabilities are generated while selecting different options so can copy/edit the desired capabilities
