so let's proceed uh the next slide okay so let's get started u in understanding the evolution of banking how the banking landscape has changed.

in terms of uh uh technology and also uh how it's been know transformed to the digital uh experience.

right so in the early uh 1400 s uh we could see the personal uh bagging.

so even if you go before 1400s people used to store their uh money in their homes at their homes.

so there was no confidence uh in keeping the money in the uh physical Banks that's when the invention of physical Banks started coming in.

right so that's was the initial period and then as we moved into 1700s the introduction of uh payments with with checks was introduced.

so there was a lot of uh demand and people started using it though there was a slow traction.

but eventually as we moved towards 1950s and 60s there was lot of adoption when it comes to you know pay paying with the checks.

and then came the the first move towards the digitization with cards.

and ATMs so the First ATM was launched in 1967 uh that really was a big move when it comes to ship you know moving.

from the uh physical checks to you know using the automatic teller machines to withdraw their uh money.

so that's that shift was uh significant and then it continued on till 2000.

and then there there's the era where internet era came in.

right uh once the internet was in so we could see a lot of uh move towards the digital uh digitizations.

right with the uh inion of the online banking there was U mobile apps uh across uh across the different different domains not just banking.

but even across the different domains that we have so there was a lot of adoption of the mobile uh banking across um the banking.

sector and uh mobile wallets were introduced the payments were happening uh through the introduction of digital wallets.

and even if you see today in the last decade or.

so there's a lot of adoption of digital the see the concept of having uh the uh the currency or the money in terms of.

um uh you know the hard hold money so is been.

and then uh you know using their valets to do the payments.

so that's something a drastic shift that we have that we have seen with the adoption of Technology of course.

right so that's something which where we have seen a lot of adoptions the Biometrics um how are we making sure the biometric is being.

tested on these devices with the adoption of cloud Solutions.

so whatever apps that are tested are absolutely fine absolutely bug free uh.

so this is something where you know there's there's there's need of a balance between the quality.

and speed and also when it comes to U you know digital across it's not just on on website.

but also on the mobile app so multiple digital touch points on various applications with the uh beat on the smartphones or be it on.

your desktop based browser applications where you're accessing the browsers.

and multiple only Channel across all these different challenges so these are some of the uh current digital testing challenges that we are seeing.

and now there's a bigger problem to it right with the uh digital native users as as we are in in the era of genz.

so this is something where we have seen a major shift all.

right so where the uh the banking of apis know to share the financial data.

right so these uh when we talk about what services the these third parties provide.

so these third parties provide uh maybe an application to the bank uh Bank users or it can be a technology or it can be.

Services uh so for instance if you talk about uh you know financial data it can include the transaction statements.

and um also the the transaction records belonging to the uh the bank customers.

right so there's a huge uh adop and also scope of open banking apis with the third parties.

and U also one other bigger problem is uh transition from the Legacy system to the digital system.

so now with the uh digital adoption U every Bank banking sector is.

now moving towards uh the digital system from their legacy platform.

so from the technology standpoint how how what are all the challenges that we go through.

right so it's it's not just you know you know where we are in digital era we cannot just simply get into the digital system.
