Amit Kumar
You you hello everyone hope you can hear me this is Amit Kumar and
Amit Kumar
We are starting their webinar now so welcome everyone to this webinar where we will be talking about how to kind of automate with an
Amit Kumar
Achieve the speed and scale which you need with peak laude solutions
Amit Kumar
So today I have malaysia who is going to be presenting this our thoughts on this and towards the end of the webinar we will
Amit Kumar
Keep it open for about 10 minutes for question and answers so the format of this webinar is that will keep everyone muted for the
Amit Kumar
Initial duration of the webinar when Malaysia is going to be articulating our thoughts here and then the question will answer at the end so
Amit Kumar
Yeah I welcome the participant from US India and other parts of the world to this webinar and we're excited to have this session today
Amit Kumar
And get the get the thoughts out to you so that we can have detailed conversations with you
Amit Kumar
But our teams are based in across the world in India as well as in East Australia so we cover the whole world through this
Amit Kumar
Set of people so we'll be able to come and have more detailed conversations with you on what you are trying to achieve and what
Amit Kumar
You are trying to kind of take your automation to the next level and how Pcloudy could help so without further ado I'll hand
Amit Kumar
It over to Neil ace to start the webinar dalish
Peter Remy
Context here so I welcome all the participants once again very good morning anything all right so without spending much time here now let's go
Peter Remy
Onto the next slides where we will see the a quick introduction about Peter Remy I believe there are some participants who are pretty new
Peter Remy
To this platform and a lot of participants were already using peace outage so maybe for the benefit of all those who are seeing first
Peter Remy
Time I believe I'll just quickly do a quick brief about be cloudy what exactly Pete Lowry does or what offerings we have at peak
Peter Remy
Laude so Pcloudy is basically a device cloud so it's a device remote device mobile DES platform where and you can do a lot
Peter Remy
Of things and they're going to quickly see what what exactly you can do it with Pcloudy how many different types of applications you
Peter Remy
Can test on this particular platform right and what kind of Christian can do it so typically we have we have support for native applications
Peter Remy
Hybrid applications mobile web applications and PWA applications you can test any of these applications of the combination of these applications on this park platform
Peter Remy
But one different kind of testing you can perform on this platform is typically manual testing device analytics test automation and in PDX testing so
Peter Remy
When I'm talking about manual dis it's more about the way you do the testing of the device in hand in this exact fashion you
Peter Remy
Can do the testing on a cloudy by you know remotely accessing the device the next point is device analytics which talks about you know
Peter Remy
Giving you the right set of finite number of devices for a given geography where you want to release your application so it will provide
Peter Remy
You the right set of devices so you can you know concentrate I and in the channel ice your testing energy and focus to the
Peter Remy
Right set of devices to target maximum been efficient in the specific market next thing which which is very important is about test automation test
Peter Remy
Automation is something which is increasing in the industry day by day so we have support for clearing the test automation cases we also have
Peter Remy
Support to run the test automation so multi devices finally of course today's demonstration is on about test automation and parallelism and how you can
Peter Remy
Achieve the speed and calling together is scales right so of course we do have support for the test automation and then towards the end
Peter Remy
We also have support for in will you existing when I say infill you existing this is typically the crowd testing we recommend that you
Peter Remy
Know most of the applications before even placed in the market it should be tested by the crowd chose
Peter Remy
Power mode you know engineers are the real users real user users across the globe so that you can give real feedback even before it
Peter Remy
Is released in the market that kind of testing can also be possible so Pcloudy you know that chunk is a one-stop shop where
Peter Remy
You can do everything which is typically needed in the system lifecycle
Peter Remy
So there are two ways to access this particular platform one is of course to a standard web browser which most of the test engineers
Peter Remy
And the quality persons are using second ways through plugins to Android studio Xcode which is typically used by the developers or the white box
Peter Remy
Test engineers or even the CIC D engineers you know who are using this through their pipelines so there are three primary offerings which we
Peter Remy
Have the first and foremost is about public cloud where we have access to 5000 plus real device and browser combinations access so basically we
Peter Remy
Have real physical devices and different browsers on top of that you can have 5000 plus combinations available there we also have devices with real
Peter Remy
Sim on those devices and there are three different locations where our data centers are located you know we have data centers in India us
Peter Remy
In Austria Australia the next offering which we have this called on through Vice club so basically this will be a dedicated cloud for any
Peter Remy
Specific client which will be set up within their premises by bringing our own cloud infrastructure we are where we just richtig needed for to
Peter Remy
Create a mobile lab which can be accessing that so we will come there with our own cloud infrastructure and you can type devices which
Peter Remy
You have there and create your own beautiful apps there that's what we are calling interns on in this cloud where you will have access
Peter Remy
To your own devices 24 by 7 and all your co-located testing teams can be using this particular black format comes to do and the
Peter Remy
Last offering which we have is called private cloud it's again a dedicated cloud for a specific client but the only difference here is we
Peter Remy
Will be mentoring the cloud instance in our own state-of-the-art data centers and we will be connecting the devices required by a specific client so
Peter Remy
Basically you will have a dedicated cloud with access to the devices 24 by 7 and none of the other customers can even look into
Peter Remy
That particular clouds or the devices all right so let's quickly see the agenda for today's call er not here they're going to see the
Peter Remy
Three simple things here or no first we are going to see what are the you know the enterprise mobility which is the for the
Peter Remy
Speed and scale what does it mean and how we are addressing that the typical challenges faced by the enterprise mobility when we are talking
Peter Remy
About scale quality and the speed and couple of solutions which we have at peak laude which will address all these things so these are
Peter Remy
The three simple things which we are going to see it now
Peter Remy
Yeah I mean if anyone of you have any questions during this webinar since it's not interactive session I will suggest that you know you
Peter Remy
Can use the question and the windows in the GoToWebinar window which are saying that you write your questions there and towards the end we
Peter Remy
Have Q&A session with answer both questions all right so let's move away so speed and scale these are the two most talked-about words these
Peter Remy
Days right and isn't the enterprise mobility playing a game when we talk about stem scale and when we see this like don't you think
Peter Remy
That you know the enterprise mobile is playing the game of Need for Speed day yes it is it's because of this super super dynamic
Peter Remy
Nature of the industry and this would need a p.m. at speed and scale more than ever before right the way the market dynamics are
Peter Remy
Changing the way the requirements are changing from the user we have changing a lot of things here and there and because of that we
Peter Remy
Do need speed I darling right and we have to also have a
Peter Remy
APM and speed and scale right so we are going to see a part this thing so these are the couple of challenge though though
Peter Remy
The APM is being used widely it also poses some serious challenges for the enterprises today and yeah of course we are going to point
Peter Remy
To highlight figure out a way of solving these challenges in the upcoming slides so these are the three different challenges as you are seeing
Peter Remy
On the screen here right let's see each one by one in the upcoming slides right so here we are talking about achieving infinite scale
Peter Remy
Identifying the issues quickly simplifying the process of scripting or making the spin place a script less brutal right so these are a couple of
Peter Remy
Key challenges which we are seeing in the industry so we will we will actually go through each and every challenge looking here and see
Peter Remy
If there are ways to handle this through Pcloudy
Peter Remy
Okay so the first challenge here is on about the growing demand for quality and speed see call it is something which is typically
Peter Remy
Starving by all the enterprises they would they want quality for their product but at the same time we are trying to achieve the quality
Peter Remy
At this speed because of the market dynamics right so
Peter Remy
When you're talking about quality at speed scalability becomes one of the major challenge to be covering event now do you think that parallel testing
Peter Remy
Will address this particular challenge well this is what we are going to see so yes of course my luncheon panel on testing will actually
Peter Remy
Address this particular challenge if you are having a setup where of the infrastructure which will help do that right so this line if you
Peter Remy
See we are talking about taking a link with the infrastructure and skin line
Peter Remy
So when we are talking about scalability panel testing on 5 10 or 20 devices and max I like thinking will be staged for enterprises
Peter Remy
How how to upscaling now when we are talking at the enterprise level you will have to see how can we take the leave from
Peter Remy
Here see the baby steps of running it on 5 or 10 not 20 devices ok maybe even today love enterprises are doing it but
Peter Remy
These are some small baby steps when we want to actually take a big limb where we have to run it on more number of
Peter Remy
Devices you know that's when the parallelism of parallel testing will actually give you the right benefit and right outcome so
Peter Remy
Let's move to the next line and see here now
Peter Remy
We are seeing a video here believe that happened without the support of the right infrastructure on each Lobby allows you to achieve that screen
Peter Remy
And front concurrent test on 50 hundred or even thousands of devices to see it here we are showing you a small demonstration so we
Peter Remy
Have run it on multiple ways we have around 50 plus devices here on this rack and you can see everything is running parallel on
Peter Remy
Those so this is something which is which is what we are referring to when we are talking about devising cross section
Peter Remy
So you can use our public cloud or City of Oakland plug-and-play device infrastructure in your devices basically if you have seen this particular thing
Peter Remy
Here we are actually showing you the right to shake off infrastructure when I'm talking about the infrastructure it's not only about the device of
Peter Remy
Course we have five thousand such combinations of devices we have with browser but apart from that we also have a family to make it
Peter Remy
Run on multiple devices family so right set of devices right set of tools right set of CI is the pipeline's everything coming as a
Peter Remy
Package that's what the infrastructure we are referring to and that's what we have in here and
Peter Remy
Okay now I'm moving to the second challenge which is talking about colony
Peter Remy
See as soon as you achieve the scalability how do you assume or rather assure another important aspect which is speed of detection of failures
Peter Remy
The script of application well again this can be done by our thorough and quick analysis of like intelligent results now when I'm talking about
Peter Remy
The intelligent resistance this is basically talking about the way how quickly you can actually see if there are certain failures see when you are
Peter Remy
Running the test on multiple devices finally for in 20 or 100 or 200 devices and
Peter Remy
You are giving a traditional report doesn't make any sense because you have to practically go through each and every report to understand what went
Peter Remy
Wrong where are the failures and stuff like that instead of that if you are getting a report which will give you a quick analysis
Peter Remy
Like there are certain failures if it gets highlighted if you get the debugging in for a in information very quickly and if you actually
Peter Remy
Can address that very quickly that's what we are talking about in terms of progressive inputs right and this is what we have in in
Peter Remy
Install P okay so let's see I mean yeah this is what I have spoke about right we have the you have to identify the
Peter Remy
Debates and everything which has to be done very quickly so this is what we can do to the progressive reports we have something called
Peter Remy
Progressive people's unit just explain quickly what exactly progress reports talk about
Peter Remy
So this progressive reports where you can see the live streaming of the daytime individuals while you're running your tests right and you can also
Peter Remy
Drill down further details at desk his level steps level for the exact debug information about that particular specific step so this is how you
Peter Remy
Can actually see the report where you can this is the UI of the report those who are already using Pcloudy for them it's
Peter Remy
Pretty much family of course this progressive report is something which is new even for them but we overall other stuff is pretty much same
Peter Remy
So in the reports folder we have progress reports in here you can see the list of lists of results for the different bills so
Peter Remy
Here I am having the one which we are taking for example is for the Hampton galaxy where we have a result for the test
Peter Remy
Which we have run using wave number one with some product filter right so you can see here the discus status this there are 15
Peter Remy
Pass there is one completed one error one fail all right so when we say fifteen pass it means whatever test cases I have executed
Peter Remy
So far in this particular test cycle out of which 15 test cases are passed through this quickly showing you at one glance that 15
Peter Remy
Test cases have passed so as long as there is a pass I don't really care but if there is a fail of course I
Peter Remy
Have to look into that quickly right so you can see there is one read which is typically talks about one is failed is one
Peter Remy
Error it appeared from the APM side or it could be scripts I'd are from the server-side whatever is there we are actually mentioning it
Peter Remy
Here and then there is something for one completed now you must be wondering what is this one completed basically as we say length this
Peter Remy
Is the line theta you know the way your test execution is happening and whatever what if your test case is giving we are actually
Peter Remy
Showing it here so pass/fail and error is pretty simple straightforward but when you talk but complete it it means the test execution is over
Peter Remy
On the device side at Pcloudy but Pcloudy is not aware are we we are not getting any input from the user as
Peter Remy
Such through the script saying the discus is either pass it is failed or there's some some arrows city errors is something which which is
Peter Remy
Handled by P Claudius we can easily make output DVD pass or fair information has to be provided by the user so the way you
Peter Remy
Integrate maybe the unloop reports are any reporting framework with your existing IBM setup same way you have to configure which piece love you as
Peter Remy
Well you have to add certain small line of Korat is one line of code when you are actually reading an assert and provide that
Peter Remy
Information to api at Pcloudy which will understand by the be cloudy be both see a thing you know that this case is pacifist
Peter Remy
You'll not provide a text message saying whether the test case is pass or fail after taking necessary such statements there so moving
Peter Remy
You can actually go and see the another view here where you can see the test case results you can see the times in case
Peter Remy
You are having lot of times there right so you can actually see the tanks of you here you can see the test case which
Peter Remy
Is running as I said this is live data so discus which is running you can see it from here you can see the test
Peter Remy
Case name bill number and so on and also below that you can see the test case which are completed but we don't have the
Peter Remy
Results for that because it is partial fail the discus is fast this is the test case which is pass below that we are also
Peter Remy
Showing Venus cases which are having certain errors and discuses which are right so pretty much detail live promise of reports you can see it
Peter Remy
From here which will help you to quickly take a look whether the test cases I pass and failure print for you and no incomplete
Peter Remy
Debugging things very quickly yeah if I just move a little further there is some more thing which talks about the individual level of test
Peter Remy
Cases so you can see here we have something called videogame consoles and accessories which I have actually highlighted and this is one of the
Peter Remy
Test case from the electronics that so you have noticed that there were a couple of tags in this particular test future we have something
Peter Remy
Called electronics and then wearable technology and stuff like that so from the electronics tag I have selected the disc which talks about video game
Peter Remy
Consoles and necessaries so if I have to see how this particular test case
Peter Remy
Actually was having the information for the entire detail information about it I can simply go inside I can just expand this particular thing and
Peter Remy
Then you can see there are a couple of things here you know we have a tabular format we have a JSON format we have
Peter Remy
Screenshots videos and logs so typically for this particular given test execution right we will actually provide you the logs become print logs for the
Peter Remy
Given test case in this lot hold on the completed video for this particular session so so far we were providing you the video for
Peter Remy
The entire test cycle but here what we are doing is we are giving you the video which is only for this particular test case
Peter Remy
You can I am very well you know if there is a finger we can share this 15 development team are these stakeholders and there
Peter Remy
Are there are certain genetic information in the form of table so we are going to see a couple of things here so you can
Peter Remy
See here what kind of framework you have chosen what is the platform and stuff like that you can start seeing it from here in
Peter Remy
The table okay if I just go wrong this is how you can I can see there the same information if you want in a
Peter Remy
Jason format then you can just come here click on the Jason and get the entire information in the Jason format
Peter Remy
Let me go down you can see what kind of once you use what kind of actions you have go for all those things you
Peter Remy
Can actually get it from here right and then if I go to screen charts time you can also see the screenshots which we have
Peter Remy
Captured during the test execution so all this information will be handy with every test cycle and with every test case we can actually go
Peter Remy
And you know consume this information the way we want and expedite your test execution part
Peter Remy
Now coming to either next and the third challenge which we were talking about is how do we ensure this beam right now we have
Peter Remy
We have never showed that quality and we have also achieved this scalability in the last couple of slides right we have seen how we
Peter Remy
Can actually ensure the quality how you can achieve the scalability that but when we are talking about speed how do we do that P
Peter Remy
Cloud is you know helping him back particular challenge is what we are going to save now the other thing
Peter Remy
Okay the screen simplifying the process of the scripts is what we are going to see here which we are talking about behavior right right
Peter Remy
So this is basically to help you how we can actually create the the scripts okay
Peter Remy
When using the futuristic technologies like you know AI or something like that which will help you immediately clear disputes now if you have to
Peter Remy
Create the scripts what you have to do is you have to connect the device to your local system use it him desktop or some
Peter Remy
Other technologies to get the object repositories and then use those things in your code and typically if you have the applications where you're using
Peter Remy
The images north images then it's again pretty much difficult because the X part may change if there are no proper you know
Peter Remy
IDs or names are given then the X fund will change depending on the size of the devices or the OEM the softness dump something
Peter Remy
Like that right so this is a big giant then if there is a small change everything will have to be the maintenance efforts are
Peter Remy
Pretty huge right so instead of a is there a bar that is there something which is back with the air something that no it
Peter Remy
Will help you to create the test automation scripts quickly is what we are going to see in here and fortunately we do have something
Peter Remy
At it cloudy which will help you achieve that right so we are going to see that particular thing here you can see now we
Peter Remy
Have a utility which is back with the artificial intelligence we could understand what kind of you know the images you have an on its
Peter Remy
Own it will tell you that this is maybe this is a contact so you can see the AI think this is a contact and
Peter Remy
Once you say ok it will actually take the particular object to positive for that now you can see here it says document from this
Peter Remy
Particular image but it is not you can actually give a feedback here saying it's not an argument its contact for example and then we
Peter Remy
Will actually keep willing that database as for the one idea here is I mean it was little fast so you may not be able
Peter Remy
To hold it let me just explain it quickly what exactly we're trying to do it we have actually got AI based utility which will
Peter Remy
Help you get object repository for the entire H ideally we want the entire application or the entire screen you should be getting the object
Peter Remy
Repository but today we have concentrating more on the images faster right and in the upcoming releases we will also have the support for the
Peter Remy
Entire yeah whatever text you have whatever buttons you have or something like that so today with this utility you can actually give the object
Peter Remy
Repository or the object names for the the images which you have on the application screen so you just need to connect the device to
Peter Remy
Disability which will be running on your local machine and you have you also have to provide certain fans where you can actually store this
Peter Remy
Particular you know the objective concept is and it goes so if we move once you start this this particular UPC before and H the
Peter Remy
Image from the device and then then it will start storing the the object repository on the local machine and then you can use that
Peter Remy
In your existing code so let's say this is the poll which I am writing it here where I'm actually creating the driver okay and
Peter Remy
At the same time I also have to create the wiggler vai tribal then this is the artificial intelligence driver which we have so this
Peter Remy
Is something which we have to additionally add it here after that again these are the common code which you might be already using it
Peter Remy
For to run your test automation of the cloudy so what exactly we will be doing here what exactly we will be adding additional here
Peter Remy
Which is with the l-bomb things already AI is C so as I said you have to initialize the driver for the APM and also
Peter Remy
For the cooler vai then you have to initialize this I mean you have declared it here you initialize in this here and we are
Peter Remy
Saying that you know this is the up you are now it is all showing on the local setup you can also run it on
Peter Remy
The cloudy and then we are also initializing the driver for be equally AI and once this is done you can actually start using this
Peter Remy
Code which we have actually generated using this particular units you don't notice that there were certain images on the application which talks about the
Peter Remy
Card the back button you might I can something like that so this particular thing when I just call this dot click by T clouding
Peter Remy
AI car this will actually go and can be right
Peter Remy
The object name right whatever internally we are calling it so you don't have to really go and look for a specific you are the
Peter Remy
Object repository typically the way we do it right we will be giving you something like here that you can see this next thing which
Peter Remy
Talks about fine element by ID then you are going and looking for something like this for the text search text box fine so this
Peter Remy
Is something which typically we do it now with the help of this AI you don't have to really worry about this you don't have
Peter Remy
To go and look for this because this exercise we have already done it AI knows what exact
Peter Remy
So we the object repository or the object path on the name we have there and AI will provide that so this is pretty much
Peter Remy
Neat clean readable we have here actually learn to go and use any of this this is the way you can actually use the AI
Peter Remy
To expedite your next creation process because at the end of the day just execution is the one part on parallel devices test creation and
Peter Remy
You know adding the new scripts as and when the new functions are created is the other thing which will boost your test automation and
Peter Remy
Of course call it the end speed so I'm going to see this particular video can you see it here the one which we have
Peter Remy
Seen the for you here I'm clicking on the cart then I'm coming here and we're pushing this back arrow then I am coming and
Peter Remy
Clicking on the mic button so all these things now this is the screen is a live script whatever we have seen the pole for
Peter Remy
It's actually happening on the real physical device yeah so I have actually clicked on the Xbox one and then I'm coming here I'm saying
Peter Remy
I had to god whatsoever we have actually st. yeah so this is this is what the the script which we have seen the same
Peter Remy
Script I have actually executed on the real devices and you have seen this how it automatically goes collects the objects from your application screen
Peter Remy
And then asked to provide the feedback that we have seen in the video right after that we have seen this particular AI base stuff
Peter Remy
Where we are actually saying this this particular script running
Peter Remy
So whatever for we have we have seen it here that code execution is what we have seen in the video a little while ago
Peter Remy
Okay so and so basically if you already have the test cases written with you and you are using the AI what we have and
Peter Remy
If you are testing application and the test is having lot of images the one which we have seen then you can actually embed this
Peter Remy
AI bots in your existing port seamlessly and then you know you can run these things the way we have seen just now so we
Peter Remy
Are very much done from my answer in case we have any questions on this you can actually think of those questions
Peter Remy
Yes I'm just waiting for the participants to start drinking questions at me
Peter Remy
Because I could see some questions popping up on my screen and it's not answering those questions let's just say that I think it's something
Peter Remy
There [Music] right so we just open the question okay so the first question is from
Peter Remy
Swiss one how do you train AI and in pink okay so answers what what's your question
Peter Remy
We have actually tested our AI on lot of applications available on here in the market today of course it is not practically possible to
Peter Remy
Cover each and every application which is available in the market but yeah we have tested a lot of applications from different categories like e-commerce
Peter Remy
Like banking like insurance and so on so that way we have created a database for our yeah but as I mentioned that it may
Peter Remy
So happen that some of the images may not be available because you could really look at it let's say the pencil kind of icon
Peter Remy
Right now that can be for an editing that can be for not pencil itself so that there are certain challenges which we are facing
Peter Remy
Because every application is unique and some of the applications are using some of the standard icons and some some applications are using a customized
Peter Remy
One so we act in three questions so that's the reason we have said that you know if there is some change if you feel
Peter Remy
That the part is not finding the right object name or right it's not it's not identifying the right image there then you can actually
Peter Remy
Give that feedback to us so we can also save that data with this thing you know this could be you know the edit button
Peter Remy
As well if there is a pencil thing right so this way we are actually training our bots on the fly but yes before we
Peter Remy
Release this we actually test it on multiple applications which are available in the market I hope I have answered your question
Peter Remy
Swiss one okay so there is one more question from Kishore
Peter Remy
How a I will identify whether it is card or bank okay so this is what I was trying to explain something back to answers
Peter Remy
It was question you know the AI which we have already there is actually training the AI has tested a lot of applications available in
Peter Remy
The market so we have in of course AI when we are talking about a I'd it has about artificial intelligence actually it understands there
Peter Remy
Are certain things there are certain algorithm understand what kind of application it has on its phone that's first first thing right second thing is
Peter Remy
If there is a change maybe the AI intelligence saying is saying that particular thing is like for example for to Mike it is levering
Peter Remy
Something else but we understand that it is a my from that particular applications perspective so we have given that feedback to the AI saying
Peter Remy
You know this is a Mike so once that we give any feedback that particular
Peter Remy
Object or that particular image will be treated as Mike by the AI as well as the other things whatever they have right to that
Peter Remy
They will keep that particular thing also in the history so in case it may so happen that you have seen in the example there
Peter Remy
That the contacts were shown as documents some of the applications are one of the application would have used that I can follow the documents
Peter Remy
And that's the precise reason what has actually considered that particularly image as document so if there are multiple such kind of things where people
Peter Remy
Are saying that this is documents then we will have to think both will understand this is a document but if a lot of people
Peter Remy
Are giving a feedback saying this is contacts then of course the what we started recognizing that as a contact by default so this is
Peter Remy
The way we actually this is the way the AI actually identifies with in circuit or Mike it's all about the training we have done
Peter Remy
Enough training of this particular box and that's that's how the BART is helping to identify the right
Peter Remy
Images I hope I have answered you your question - sure
Peter Remy
Talking there's one more question from John does it mean the AI you have shown will generate the entire object model for the application and
Peter Remy
If yes how do I use it I mean do I need to install the AI in the device okay it's a very long question
Peter Remy
John as are saying let me let me break this question in two parts the first part is
Peter Remy
Does it mean your AI has the capability to get the object repository for the entire application well that's that's the angle we are looking
Peter Remy
At John I mean we want the our AI to get the entire object repository for the entire application so you don't have to really
Peter Remy
Go here and there and get the object repository but as of today it is supported only for the images so if you have an
Peter Remy
X or some certain other elements that may not be able to identify today but yes that's the end goal we are looking for so
Peter Remy
Let's say you have lot of images that those images will be identified by the AI and we will get the object model for that
Peter Remy
But if it's a taste for example you are saying something our login as a guest that particular text is something which will not be
Peter Remy
Recognized by our AI as of now for that you have to use something else to identify the way traditional things that you are doing
Peter Remy
It to me to see if we can actually get the object opposed at the end and use it there so that's that's the answer
Peter Remy
For your first question I mean the first part of your question the second part of the question is if yes how do I use
Peter Remy
It in I mean do I need to install the AI in devices okay so this is something which I have explained by giving it
Peter Remy
Some time which is some more insights about that so when I said that the object repository is the object model which we have days
Peter Remy
Not for the entire application is for the image image based things alone as of now so
Peter Remy
That's something here now if you want to use this you don't have to install the AI in the device you don't have to really
Peter Remy
Install the air in the mobile device in the mobile device you have pre installed the application which is under test Pai stuff whatever we
Peter Remy
Have that utility has to be installed on your desktop right so if you have a desktop or laptop where you are actually devices connected
Peter Remy
By the pker only device can also be connected to your device virtually
Peter Remy
Workstation watches you can connect that and then you have to provide certain configurations like where the device is one device you are using what
Peter Remy
Location you want to keep the objective project or the data online things you have to provide it once you provide that then
Peter Remy
You learn to run the AI from your local workstation and this just AI will actually fetch the images from the application which you have
Peter Remy
Installed on the mobile device and then it will start collecting that data complete object repository of the
Peter Remy
Images and store it on your local train itself from where you can actually pick it up and adding your existing test scripts this is
Peter Remy
The way you can actually work with the AI on pizza and I hope I have answered your question and it was a very good
Peter Remy
Question but then yeah of course big questions I hope watched your question
Peter Remy
Okay so there is one more question from Jackie sure we a I handle the different screen resolutions for mobile yes it is that's that's
Peter Remy
One of the key capabilities lobby has right so when we are writing in AI based
Peter Remy
Tools we do have a comp ability to handle the difference between reservations for different mo bytes so you can actually use this with different
Peter Remy
Screen sizes with different OS versions with different Williams what will be able to the AI what will be able to understand that and will
Peter Remy
Also provide you tonight object repository ideally if you really look at it the object repository if it is provided the names are given right
Peter Remy
By the development team then it will certainly not change with the OS version on the screen resolution or Williams for that matter this particular
Peter Remy
Things changed I know from where you are coming from this particular things changes typically in terms of the XPath or relative expand absolute or
Peter Remy
Relative expand if the right names or IDs are not given to the objects right then we we have a tendency of course we have
Peter Remy
To finish the automation so we have a tendency to use the XPath to address that particular issue and the moment we use X month
Peter Remy
It will change you know when we change the screen resolution or something like that so our AI will actually not get this X path
Peter Remy
It actually identifying to decode the image what it is seeing there and then it will have its own database where those images are stored
Peter Remy
Such kind of images are stored across the market which we get it and then it will say okay this is what it is right
Peter Remy
And based on that we will actually map so we you would have seen in the old snapshot where stem said which I have shown
Peter Remy
There it says click on cart right so when we same time there is something else is happening in the background we have a mapping
Peter Remy
Of the image by having certain technology which will actually tell you know this is the the X part RB object element or something so
Peter Remy
We create that particular object model right if not necessarily we are will be using the X path or the name or the ID it
Peter Remy
Would be a combination of whole lot of things right so not something is our ID which which AI actually handles so I hope I
Peter Remy
Have answered your question talking so then there is one more question from
Peter Remy
Avinash yeah there is a question from Avinash is it's more about the automation so it is asking if the panel just execution what we
Peter Remy
Have seen in the video which is no activity devices so is it possible to really run it on 100 devices or it is just
Peter Remy
Something which we have seen so you know it is pretty much possible we have executed some of our clients are actually executing it on
Peter Remy
Multiple devices in the scale of 100 plus devices together right so it is pretty much possible and you can try it out on out
Peter Remy
Of the club if you are not having a private or optimized instance if you are already a customer of Pcloudy you can try
Peter Remy
It on public cloud and see if it can be executed on press devices we are marketing most of our customers about so you think
Peter Remy
It's funny how much yeah there is one more question from Gary
Peter Remy
Can we actually do I mean we have seen everything you have shown on Android do you are also support the iOS devices and can
Peter Remy
We get the progressive report as well in the iOS platform so again yes the the whole idea here is we wanted to showcase capacities
Peter Remy
Which we have now we have the capability to not run it on iOS and Android pone the platform we support both Android and iOS
Peter Remy
Platform the demonstration here we have shown it on the Android but doesn't mean that we do not support iOS we do have the support
Peter Remy
For iOS so you can get you can you can run the test automation cases on iOS devices on the iOS platform and also the
Peter Remy
Progressive report which we have seen something back can also be monitored for both Android and iOS we do have support for the iOS as
Peter Remy
Well okay I'm just waiting with few more questions okay so there are no more questions now if
Peter Remy
There are no more questions I think a good webinar today
Peter Remy
Yeah in case the participants have further more questions and if they're not able to ask the questions so far and if they they want
Peter Remy
To drop me an email with their questions they can please drop me an email with their questions on the email id which is mentioned
Peter Remy
On the screen and I shall get back to them with the answers personally
Peter Remy
Thank you so much for your time today and I hope this webinar we use we try it out on Laurie
Peter Remy
So thanks again for your participation and time have a great day ahead good bye
