Highlighting Bugs on Mobile Browser using Mark a Bug

Overview
The Mark a Bug feature on the Pcloudy platform allows testers to instantly highlight and capture issues directly within the platform during testing. Bugs can be annotated with clear visual context and assigned to the right teams or individuals, enabling faster triage, better collaboration, and quicker resolution cycles.
Prerequisites
- User must be registered Pcloudy account
- User should have a register JIRA account
Steps

Login to the Pcloudy platform

Select Real Devices on the Pcloudy Dashboard

Click on Mobile Browser on the Real Devices page

Enter the URL you would like to test and select the device in the All Devices section.

Once you find the Device of your choice, simply click on Start Testing.

This will automatically open the URL on the device browser, allow the necessary permissions and perform your testing tasks.

Click on Screenshot on the Right Panel under Quick Actions

This will instantly take a screenshot of the current screen on the device.

Click on Screenshot under the Quick Actions Panel.

The user can then click on Mark a bug and then select Jira.

The user can fill in the information about the bug description, attach the appropriate screenshots and assign it to the respective projects or colleagues listed in your workspace.
